Looking for a truly unique place to stay? Our stylish and atmospheric SuiteLofts are peacefully set in the Limburg hills, yet surprisingly close to vibrant Maastricht. Our historic Limburg carré farmhouse has been sustainably renovated using as many bio-based and natural materials as possible. During the renovation, Wabi Sabi became our guiding principle: embracing the pure, the honest and the imperfect.
Enjoy the silence, the surrounding nature and plenty of space to slow down. Take time for a warm bath, head out on foot or by bike, or explore Maastricht. It’s closer than you might think — and easy to reach by public transport or bike.
Prefer to have the whole house to yourselves? You can book the Lobby with its characterful kitchen together with all three unique SuiteLofts. Perfect for friends and family — together, yet with plenty of privacy.

Our historic carré farmhouse is uniquely located, just a stone’s throw from Maastricht. An inspiring and intimate setting for off-site days, retreats, training sessions and meaningful meetings. Our range of spaces — from the characterful Lobby and atmospheric Cow Barn to the peaceful Cour — offer plenty of room to connect, focus and spark creativity.
Inspired by the philosophy of Wabi Sabi, Bolt21 is all about tranquillity, simplicity and connection. The carré layout creates a unique sense of quiet and shelter, while nature is right on your doorstep. A place to step away from the everyday hustle, slow down, let new ideas emerge and truly connect with one another.

Where?
Just a stone’s throw from Maastricht, on a plateau surrounded by some of the most diverse landscapes in Limburg. Horses graze out front, with quarries on either side and steep paths leading down towards Bemelen and Houthem. Forests, sunken lanes, water pools, marl caves and the idyllic Geul are all almost on our doorstep. Maastricht lies at one foot of the hill, the intimate town of Valkenburg at the other.
